You are buying a revocable digital listing on a fictional 3D tower. You are not buying property, equity, an investment, a prize, guaranteed traffic, or guaranteed financial return. Rankings can change immediately when another participant pays more.
By accessing BestView.space, submitting a website, creating an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and, if acting for a business, have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not submit a listing or make a payment.
BestView.space is an entertainment-oriented digital advertising leaderboard presented as a fantasy 3D building. Floors, height, rooftop ownership, vehicles, characters, status boards, ranks, and similar visual elements are fictional representations. A listing provides only the limited promotional display described on the site. It creates no ownership of real or virtual property, company shares, securities, intellectual property, partnership, agency, employment, or other proprietary interest.
Participation is optional. You decide whether, when, and how much to pay, subject to the displayed minimum. By paying, you confirm that you are acting freely, understand the fantasy nature of the experience, understand exactly what the listing provides, and accept that another participant may outbid you at any time. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
Rank is ordinarily determined by total verified payment, with higher totals receiving higher placement. Equal totals may favor the earlier verified listing. Rankings may update immediately after payment verification. No placement duration is promised. Being displaced does not create a refund right. We may correct errors, reverse fraudulent payments, and adjust inaccurate ranks.
The service is not a lottery, betting product, game of chance, investment, deposit, savings product, or profit-sharing arrangement. Payments do not create a chance to win money or prizes. No financial return, appreciation, resale value, income, dividend, or liquidity is promised.
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, visitors, leads, sales, search rankings, conversions, revenue, brand growth, media coverage, or any other commercial result. Traffic statistics may be approximate, delayed, filtered, reset, or affected by bots, outages, privacy systems, and third-party services. You are responsible for evaluating whether a listing suits your needs.
Displayed amounts and currency conversions may change before order creation. Payment processing is provided by third parties such as Razorpay and may be subject to their terms. Payments are final and non-refundable after successful verification except where applicable law requires a refund or where we confirm a duplicate or unauthorized charge. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and reporting obligations associated with your purchase.
You represent that you own or are authorized to promote every submitted URL, name, logo, image, description, and status claim. Your website must be lawful, functional, and accurately described. You are solely responsible for its products, services, claims, security, privacy practices, customer support, regulatory compliance, and all content reached through your listing.
You may not promote fraud, malware, phishing, impersonation, hate or harassment, exploitation, illegal goods or services, deceptive financial schemes, unauthorized gambling, sexual content involving minors, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, sanctions evasion, or content that creates material legal, security, or reputational risk. Attempts to manipulate payments, rankings, analytics, or site operation are prohibited.
We may review, reject, hide, relabel, suspend, or remove any listing; disable a link or status board; preserve evidence; cooperate with lawful requests; or restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, technical integrity, or protection of users. Removal for a violation does not require a refund except where applicable law says otherwise.
You retain ownership of material you lawfully submit. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, and link that material as needed to operate, secure, promote, archive, and demonstrate BestView.space. This license ends when the material is permanently removed, subject to backups and legal retention.
Listings lead to independent third-party websites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, products, transactions, or conduct. Visiting or purchasing from a listed website is at your own risk. Payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and other vendors may process data under their own terms.
The service may be modified, interrupted, slowed, suspended, or discontinued without guaranteed notice. Visuals, categories, prices, currencies, rankings, features, domains, and technical requirements may change. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, device, network, accessibility tool, or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and security. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, traffic, or business interruption. The operator's aggregate liability arising from a listing will not exceed the amount you paid for that listing during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory legal liabilities remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your website, submitted material, legal violations, infringement, misrepresentations, or misuse of the service. This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
We may process submitted URLs, listing metadata, approximate location, payment identifiers, consent version, timestamps, technical logs, and fraud signals to operate and protect the service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information in public listing fields. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored by BestView.space.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access or listings for violations, legal requirements, fraud risk, abuse, non-payment, chargebacks, or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, license, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent legally permitted, disputes will be subject to the competent courts at the operator's principal place of business in India. Mandatory consumer forums and statutory rights remain available where they cannot be waived. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve it through written notice.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent; the operator may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization or transfer. Events beyond reasonable control excuse delay. These Terms and incorporated policies form the complete agreement about the service.
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
